Overview:
GetUrMsgOut is a server side application that can be accessed anytime, anyplace, anywhere with only a browser---no client software is required. Individual emails are sent via prebuilt mailing lists stored on the server. One email can be sent to scores of bloggers, politicians, newspapers, talk radio shows and other outlets in seconds. While you can take a test drive without making a donation this site is donation based; that is, you must make a donation to send batch email. The suggested donation is one dollar for each batch sent with a five dollar cap. For example if you want to send five or more batches, the donation is capped at five dollars. After a donation has been made, the GetUrMsgOut logo at the top of each page changes to a four-color logo. If the color logo does not appear, exit the program and restart GetUrMsgOut.com. Depending on the browser used and its settings, emails may be sent for up to twelve hours after the color logo appears.

General:
GetUrMsgOut can be accessed with most JavaScript/cookie enabled browsers. The left navigation frame displays menu commands while the main frame displays data and other information. Available batch files pinpoint specific outlets: bloggers, politicians, radio, television, newspapers and magazines. Filenames that begin with em or wm list media outlets east and west of the Mississippi. While filenames are descriptive of the outlet, blogs.txt contains a potpourri of web sites, bloggers and other organizations to help get your message out. Other available files are: emradio.txt, wmradio.txt, democrat.txt, repub.txt, ntlradio.txt, ntltv.txt, empapers.txt, wmpapers.txt and mags.txt. After each batch is sent, users receive a file copy of the email. While batch files are frequently updated, their accuracy cannot be assured. You are free to link to GetUrMsgOut in the most convenient manner for your web site. On request, an image shown at the bottom of this screen is available. If you would like to suggest a media outlet to add, click Contact Us and send us the name, location and email address of the outlet.

Menu Selections:
Menu selections are located in the left navigation frame and operate as shown:
Home - displays the home page.
View Batch Files - displays the batch files.
Donate - allows credit card or PayPal donations.
Send Batch Email - sends text based emails via the selected media file.
Help - displays the help file.
Contact Us - allows users to send us comments and suggestions.

Start-Up Instructions:
1. Click View Batch Files. Review the available files then click Continue.
2. Select a file of interest from the list box then click View File.
3. Click Donate and make your credit card or PayPal donation.
4. Click Send Batch Email and complete the form.
5. Select the destination file from the list box then click Send Batch.
6. After the batch has been sent, the Batch Email Summary will appear.
7. To send another batch, click Resend then repeat Step 5.
